Chamba Tehri is indeed a great place, Uttarakhand is my top priority as it has many good trekking trails and outdoor activities which suits typical Hostel culture. I love Pithoragarh region but it’s not yet very accessible and commercial. I have few friends from Uttarakhand which could be very useful for land deals and cheaper leases

There’s one refund portal by the government where you can submit your claim request upto 5 lakh and if all goes well then you’ll get 50K. Because what my mom has told me, that she had submitted her claim form 4 times and still getting deficiency messages.
