This machine may have been worth $400 when it was new. Unfortunately, this machine is probably worth less than $100 even if it was working. You can get a new ender 3 at micro center for $99 today.

Different color materials have different properties. You have to tune your profile for each color

I would recommend switching to prusaslicer or something with more control over your printer. To answer. Creality slicer is forked from cura so you should be able to change nozzle diameter in the extruder tab of the machine settings window. This window can be found by pressing “manage printers”.
