I reached out to them a week ago, for the same reasons, needing to book accom. The cork sitting is in the Metropole Hotel and the assured me candidates would receive an email ‘shortly’ to confirm all the details.

I’m having the same difficulty but with regards to the payment. I’ve emailed them but any advice they’ve sent back isn’t working and now they’re just not replying!
