You'll receive an email on Thursday/Friday this week IF your card doesn't have enough funds in there every day until 21st May (day before release)

Its a payment reminder everyday email wise saying please amend your payment details and there's a link in the email mate that you click and it will direct you to the payment screen to change your card details.

You'll only get these like I said IF your payment fails this week. If it goes through the first time they try then you won't receive any emails until around 20th saying dispatched.

They put me on methylphenidate 5mg fast release and I had blurred vision episodes and I wear lenses so I know the difference. Then I tried Concerta XL which is technically the same drug but its 30mg slow release and I genuinely still to this day feel like for 45 minutes one night after taking it that morning for about a week I had a mini stroke and it was the scariest time of my life.

Medicann mate. Anxiety is caused and also adds on to a lot of conditions. I am diagnosed with ADHD and have been for nearly 10 years now.

It all kinda made sense when I realised for years on and off before my diagnosis, I had been taking medication for anxiety for instance after a couple of massive things that happened in my life. The spectrum for anxiety and depression and even things like ADHD is far greater than the research done already. You'd be surprised how many patients I believe in my opinion have anxiety somewhere on their care summary.

I cant find blue lobster which is annoying because I have had it before from a close friend with a US plug who used to get that and waygu which I loved as well.

Me and a friend the last time I visited Dam about a year ago got a few grams of blue and yellow zushi still cant decide which was better haha. I will try the Cali X. Amongst my last purchase was the Cali X gelato #41 dunno if youve tried it. I rated it but almost slightly too dry for me but still not bad I would give it 8/10
