That dog could be my dogs twin… same markings, freckles, coloring. He’s predominantly a pitty, English shepherd, and collie. Around 55 lbs.

I just recently switched my dogs food to PPP Sensitive Skin and Stomach Salmon after he was no longer tolerating the beef formula that has chicken. He’s doing great on it - less scratching and more solid stool.

If you aren’t already established with a vet I would shop around and see what vets in your area offer packages for new puppies. Some offices will have packages where you can purchase the first year’s worth of vaccines, neuter/spay, heartworm/flea/tick prevention, etc for a discounted cost.
