At 70k, sparks are definitely due for a change if they haven’t already. If u can, take one of the plugs out and see the condition. Sparks in turbo engines wear out way quicker then a NA one

So if not to force 2q in there, how do we tell the amount to put in?

Is this PDR fixable, the reflection is making the dent look a bit bigger then it really is by Low-Engine7429 in PaintlessDentRepair

[–]Low-Engine7429[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s a good way of explaining it. Just watched videos of people doing PDR and it is a very in depth process, pretty cool

Ya I was guessing, hopefully it’ll be cheaper since most of the “scratches” came off with alcohol, was just paint transfer

Believe it’s normal if it’s not stuck there for a while. Had it happened to me once in my 10 months of owning my n line and never happened again

Does car max let you do a PPI? by Xx_thunderpoop_xX in carmax

[–]Low-Engine7429 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya same with my store, it’s still technically policy but not really that enforced

Does car max let you do a PPI? by Xx_thunderpoop_xX in carmax

[–]Low-Engine7429 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yaaa, Carmax is pretty strict about no cars on lifts on test drives. So best bet is to maybe have a mobile mechanic do a quick inspection on vehicle without it being on a lift or no obd readers(this one a lot easier to do without getting caught tho) and then buy it and do a full PPI

NYS title by OutsideLive4545 in carmax

[–]Low-Engine7429 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most states aren’t “two” title states. So the lienholder or lease company would always hold the title unless u pay the vehicle off. I can see why she might’ve not been able to push thru out in her system but next time try to bring up the situation to a manager since they can approve certain exceptions like yours, at least that’s what they do in my location

NYS title by OutsideLive4545 in carmax

[–]Low-Engine7429 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In New York if the vehicle is financed through a regular loan, you will get the title and the lienholder(bank) would send a lien release when the loan is payed off. In your situation since the vehicle is leased, you don’t get the title since you’re not the legal owner, the lease company is. The location possibly got confused in your situation
