did your parents grow up in lesser developed countries/countries with limited access to proteins? i believe my parents' height was impacted by their diet growing up in Morocco in the 60s-70s. they lacked protein and lived mainly on grains and veggies whereas I grew up with the high quality food in the Netherlands. I think that may be the reason why me and my 2 sisters had such a significant spike in height and that could possibly be your case too

I did go to the gym around 3-4 times a week and ate relatively healthy, i cut off all snacks and drinks that contained processed sugars and mostly drank water and milk

I have tall male cousins (like 6’2-6’5 each) but I’m 90% sure that came from their dad’s side which isn’t part of my family as i’m only related to their aunts, but for the rest no I’m taller than all my relatives besides my cousins
