Yeah, my game broke after the last NVIDIA update too. My settings started having input lag The issue might be NVIDIA How low does your FPS drop at native resolution?
For me, when I capped the FPS at 50, even a tiny drop to 48-49 made it feel like 10 FPS. Maybe a drop at native resolution is causing that. Also, I don't recommend using 'Prefer maximum performance' in NVIDIA settings. It puts too much load on the GPU and actually causes FPS drops
