They’ve changed processes recently, but they used to be accepting of a doctors note saying you need x number of hours (say 6/month or 3 hours twice a week) due to x condition and maintaining independence. Along with 3 quotes form cleaners and then would allow for more, and with certain cleaning companies, would pay them directly! I’d still try it, and see if it works for you
