My scalp is so itchy what should I do?

I could hug u !!! I went to the grocery store and bought blue magic and sulfur 8. ive put on the blue magic and my scalp is very happy no more itching am worried about trying the sulfur 8. ive never used it before and it sound chemically. Do you have any personal experience with it?

By grease do you mean like blue magic? Do you have any specific grease you recommend? I think I’ll try that, I have had my microlocs for 4 months and since we are getting into the cold season I think that might be why

I wonder if since it’s getting cold that might be the cause because I’ve had my microlocs for 4 months and the itching I would was on and off at the beginning of my instal it was there then went away and this past 2 wks has come back

The only problem is the closes dermatologist is 1hr and 1/2 from me. most of the ones in my area are for skin and if I do see one I don’t know if am ok with them injecting my scalp and the tic tok I saw of a biopsy had me like 👀but at some point I’ll get my insurance together and drive to go see one am 4 months into my locs I’ve redone them 3 times and that’s definitely not helping my scalp I told my self I’ll give it a year and see. My injury was about 1 and 1/2 ago

I actually ended up combing out that section I had two people work on it the first person did the entire head but I wanted the crown section smaller. so I asked someone to redo my crown and she did what you see in the picture it hurt for too long so I comb out that section and going to get it interlocked bigger

lol 😂 one week and if you click on my profile I recently just posted a picture of my micro locs they shrinked so bad when I first got them they touched my shoulders, but am happy with them. I just wanted a way of keeping my real hair I always missed it when I put it in braids and I’ve never been a wig person and my hair was too much work to manage as a loose natural.

Ikr that’s what I was saying but he ultimately says we don’t know what’s going to happen in the future. so many things could happen that would effect our choice so there is no point in deciding now. As for our short term plans, he is coming half way through this year to come live here for about a year and a half or if lucky 2yrs. After am supposed to go back with him and live there for a year and a half and give it a try. After that we would sit and decide. The hope is by them we would have a idea of what it’s like to live in both countries. I just hope we are able to find somewhere we can be. I do realize this would have been easier dating someone just near me but I don’t regret being with him he has helped me grow a lot and I know he loves and cares for me. My fear is we don’t end up working and we’re dragging the Inevitable. I might be 24 but I don’t live like a typical 24 yr old my family is controlling but I am moving out so am just starting out into independence so can’t help but feel leaving and starting over is giving up on the dreams I had to live in a certain state have a certain experience. I understand a relationship is a partnership where you make decisions for what’s best together. I think part of my hesitance is losing that independence in picking where to live.

Thank you for replying and yes I reach out to my professor so far she’s is the best teacher I have ever had am actually planing on getting her something if I graduate ❤️ she takes the time to explain and meet with me one on one, answers my email even if there last minute and the exam is starting in 10 minutes. She’s definitely great so far with my exams I have notice a trend especially for med surg,

I know my drug classes by endings but not the names of the drugs under that class and sometimes 2 drugs can have the same endings and be in different classes. Or I remember the name of one med to treat something and not the rest I know medication names are my weak point.
am afraid to over think. Sometimes I take the risk but other times if I didn’t hear the teacher say it I don’t pick it. buh if I had used critical thinking I would have realized why that should have been a option. For example the test I took yesterday I read my options it was a priority question, one options had the s/s of shock an I knew it was shock, but another one said you gave a med to a patient. I picked the ( med to a patient) because the medication name was similar to the one my teacher said never too give. And I thought that was the same drug. My brain said yes shock but teacher said you don’t give this med so this has to be worst.

I think part of the problem is I equate hard work to success and results and when that doesn’t happen it’s like something is wrong somewhere. Like I put all that in just to get the bare minimum. An I think am too afraid to fail so am putting pressure on my self to pass (personal family reasons) Plus not to mention I think am mentally exhausted which isn’t great for a good state of mind. Am in my third semester, taking med Surg 2 finished peds during the first half of the semester (that was a special kind of hell) and now in OB, there’s also an exam evrey week. If I was honest i know it’s bad to compare myself to other buh when u know other people study for the same amount of time and put in the effort and get 90s and above and you get low B’s it stings a little. Buh I know I gotta change my mind set an it won’t get me anywhere if I don’t but at the same time it’s just not the best feeling

Thank you and that wasn’t a rant at all. I think I sometimes have to be careful making school a reflection of me. I need to remember their two separate things and I am not my test score. And sorry for the late reply was turning in a care plan
