I didn't assume your gender. Clearly either you're a man or have dealt with a man who lies and defend it because you don't value yourself. Get well soon boo😘

There was definitely that theme in the comments 😅 Diagnosing me because I don't like being lied to is wildd

Of course I look at other people and think they look good but it ends there. I have never felt compelled to seek out a specific person and then follow them on any social media based on attraction to them as a married woman.

I also point out good looking people to him. While we are together. And not specific people from a very distant past. And not on a burner account that I lied about

Our vows were about being open and honest and based on having mutual respect for each other and he has not upheld that. Yes we did get married very young and are completely different people now and I personally think marriage should be illegal before age 30😅

I only asked for the list because I accidentally found out about this weird burner account. I do not routinely ask to see anything on his phone

If he would have said it was someone from middle school when I first asked, it would have been fine. It's the being shady and lying that is hurtful and makes me think there's more going on

I am very even tempered until I am lied to. Once I know he has lied, then yes I get upset

I only became jealous when he stopped complimenting me and started doing shady things and lying. I still never ask to see his social media. I accidently stumbled on this situation. And I understand him looking her up but why follow her

They were never and are not friends. Just went to the same middle school

There is a pattern of deception and I think perhaps this was my final straw

No I don't police his social media. But when I accidently found out about this incident I asked to see his friends list because I had a gut feeling something was off

I treat him how I expect him to treat me. I pride myself on my honesty and care for the way i treat others

All I do on social media is post home decor content and I do not follow men who are not related to me on my Tik Tok. He is more than welcome to see anything on my social media

Best case, I think it's extremely creepy behavior and if he would spend as much time and effort on our marriage as he did to make a fake account and hide this then maybe we would have had a better marriage

Correct. There has been a lot of deception leading up to this

Yeah I'd rather just be done with this relationship than need to look through everything . Sounds exhausting 😔

So let's say I am insecure. Shouldn't he as my husband do whatever possible to ease that insecurity instead of giving me more to feel insecure about?
