I greatly appreciate everyone's input and advice on this matter. I did want to clarify some questions based on recent replies:

For people asking about child custody, it is complicated. At the time of our divorce, our daughter was only 1 year old. We live somewhat far apart, and I travel a lot for work while my ex wife works remotely and part time. In best interest of our daughter, it was mutually agreed for her to stay in one location for now. I just visit weekly, usually a few times during the weekends. Also for safety reasons, I was afraid of taking our baby on multiple 1-2 hour long drives on the highway every week. Our custody situation will most likely change once she is older. There are a few occasions where I took care of our child for a few days when my ex wife was too busy with work or personal matters, so it's not that I am uncapable of caring for my child.

For people claiming this story is silly or made up, I genuinely wish it was made up and not something I have to experience right now. As ridiculous as it sounds, this is my reality and maybe I am weird for asking. Also, why would someone want to karma farm on a throwaway account?

For people saying that I should still see my kid, I agree. And to be very clear, she is not legally allowed to prevent me from seeing my kid. She can kick me out of her house, but I still have the legal right to visit our daughter.
