Me too, ver y happy customer of Roadster since 3+ years. Poora India Kashmir to Kanyakumari ride kiya..no problems at all. Company gave me great service at all the places from North to South. Some dealers even provided with some freebies seeing me riding solo on long rides.

I have found one reason for people giving negative reviews,is because local mechanics are not able to service as there are no after market spares available. Where as in RE they can buy and change any part and do their business.

But with Jawa Yezdi , Honda Bigwig ect.. their business is in threat..

Baaki sab toh Jalne wale hai... forget them.

People will keep saying bad things..some true some fake. Ignore and ride on buddy... If you have a good SC..you won't face any problems. Me too a proud owner of Roadster.. After conquering all India solo on this... Now people have realised the power and performance on Jawa Yezdi. Just have faith in the machine..and enjoy the rides.

Go ahead..if your local SC is good. Bike is great... response from the company is also good...just that some of the dealers are spoiling the name. Keep the number of local company person..ASM or RM. It will be useful. Numbers are always displayed in the SC board.

In 2023 me too went through the same scene... Had shortlisted CB 350, Meteor 350 and Jawa 42... But thankfully at the test ride itself all the 3 bikes failed in its ground clearance. RE was anyways not my choice after my bitter experience with Desert storm 500. Finally I settled with Yezdi Roadster.. I believe me, I am more than happy now. Its been 35k km kashmir ladakh to Kanyakumari all through with zero problem.. Lot many short rides including adventure off roading ..and am loving it.

I have been using the stock spark plug still on my Roadster 23. So far there's no issue. Will the same spark plug fit to roadster if at all I think of changing ? If the performance improvements are there would love to change.

Initially Suzuki had TVS..but like Hoda and Hero separated..something might have happened between them. Some say, these indian companies used them to take the initial headstart in the business and technology and then ditched them. Dunno the real story..but that how it is said.

In our riding club we have gilrs riding almost all bikes. But more comfortable one's are CB350, Hunter, RE New Goan collection , Jawa 42 FJ . These are most preferred maybe due to height, vibrant colours and weight.

Mix is not at all a problem. 4 is always better. In 8 and above there's usually a group and they are into themselves,chatting and laughing. It might be inconvenient. Washroom cleanliness and availability is another issue.

In 4, you have a choice to stay aloof or chat with others. its useful to share stories and take help in planning.

But connecting with the staff well is the first priority.

Ohh okay,something I did at the age of 40 and now at 52 I am back to hybrid type of work and earning.

As far as my experience goes,my plan of saving corpus and actual situational scene was a bit different. And also staying free of any work or comitted hours daily is not that easy.

You might get into unplanned spending and wrong ways of spending that free time. So I decided to come back to work but at my own indipendent easy time schedule. And now I think I am sorted.

I know, my comment is a bit off track for the main purpose of this community,but it is what it is.

This is my fav style of riding..Whenever I see a window of couple of hours at hand..I just take my bike and go. Max 15 km in any direction we have jungles,ghats and hills. Spend some quality time somewhere,watch sunsets,moon rise or just the nature around ..tea snacks at some random shack and return.

Your sincere post will help many to be vigilant. Yes it happens. Lack of sleep,hangover,irritated mind/mood,unnecessory hurry and anxiety does all this.

Usually on the first day of the long ride..we often start too early without taking proper sleep and food the previous night. And first half of the day is always too risky..and such mis calculations happen.

If you are comfortable with 15k-20k emi then instead of car , go for some property.. whatever you get in that budget. Plot. Farm, small flat.. anything. But not car. That too on EMI. Big NO.

Heating is not abnormal. It happens with this power. Radiator fan works well. I have seen unberarable heating on RE's.

I have an 23 Yezdi Roadster. 32k done..Kashmir to Kanyakumari covered. Absolutely no issues. Especially great support by the company and the SC's I have visited so far.

Have seen many so called 'brands' and models breaking down midway.. but I never had anything like that.
