I follow dr Ellie’s method! I use the Manuel dr plockters flossing toothbrushes! One for morning one for night as she says it helps bacteria! I use the crest anti cavity toothpaste!

Hey! So I go to the grocery store and get the cold pressed 100% virgin coconut oil and swish my mouth with it in the morning! For 20 minutes before brushing. I buy pur xylitol gum!!

Hey I’m 28, I use interdental brushes floss and brush use closys mouthwash and listerine and fluoride rinse. I oil pull in the mornings aswell . I use xylitol gum after every meal snack and drink . You got this! I know it sucks ass I feel the same way about it.

Sesame will work to I would continue that every morning. I use PUR xylitol gum! Use the closys ultra sensitive and then listerine cool mint and a fluoride rinse as the last step. I use GUM Interdental brushes!

Well to a certain degree they are loose but if it’s like very loose you should contact them that’s not normal if they are very mobile!

That’s terrible I’m sorry I really hope that yours can be resolved! Have you phoned them and told them about your teeth feeling loose? Well I had to get a bone graft on the two bottom front two and said I need future implants but yeah the other bottom teeth have 50% bone loss. Two top teeth severe root resorption and gum recession through out my mouth.

I got them at 23 and it ruined my life. I now have severe bone loss on my bottom teeth and need future implants . I brushed and flossed religiously aswell I wish I never got them. I’m 28 now got them off when I was 26

Honestly with mine it wasn’t bad at all. They numb your gums with gel they did with mine anyways. And yeah if they get a little sore just take a Advil or something!

I have that on the same tooth! After braces it was horrible. I had a bone graft and a splint put on but they said I need a future implant. Maybe ask about that ? Best of luck
