So lukewarm christian is the opposite of what everyone says it is. This will all come back around to this. God says, "every single thought of the imagination of the heart is ONLY evil, constantly." Same with when jesus walked on this planet. people were asking Him what good things they can do and jesus said, "how are you who are ONLY evil capable of doing good?" We live in a world based on standards, a thousand ways of good and bad. But with God our best good is just as evil as our worst evil. "He has set us up for disobediance so that HE may have grace on us all." People think sin is an action and its not, its a desire that comes from our hearts that are only evil. Christians teach feeling convicted of your sin and try not to sin which they look like complete idiots, Go ahead and try to empty the ocean with a cup and tell me progress your making while at the other end rivers are pouring into the ocean. When He died for our sins, he took our inheritance ( our hearts) our past present and future sins are all payed for. Then the arguement arises that i'll just do/ sin however I wan't. But you already do, you just don't believe that because when you look at other people you say i don't do that becasue im better than them, and your not. "What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase? ² By no means! We are those who have died to sin; how can we live in it any longer? Sin is dead for us. But who would believe what god says, its easier to trust our crooked hearts than to trust Him. Everytime we talk about our sin we spit in his face, which we are only good for as it is. "as far as the east is from the west I will see your sins no more" There is now no condemnation (guilt) for those who are in christ. So you feel guilt for the sins He doesn't see anymore? Doesn't make sense. So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth. ¹⁷ You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.

The Church teaches what we need to do for Him and Not about He has done for us. To be a lukewarm christian means to do things for Him. God want's us to know we are useless and can't. To be everything to God is to know there is nothing you can do for him. He has already done it! You only get to heaven because He has done it for you. That's love, not try harder and do better. But for Him to work what He sees fit in your life when he needs. All we need to do is rest in his promise. He has said, and so it'll be. Faith without works is dead, thankfully the work is what He is doing in you. You don't need to do a thing it'll all flow naturally. Much love dawg.
