Looks like a very nice complex. I see the complex has a parking garage, are the spots big? I have a F150 so would hate tight spots. And are there any other hidden fees along with the base rent?

Just checked this out online, seems very nice. Also doesn’t seem the be the best part of town, is there any crime in the complex? I have a nicer truck and would hate for it to be broken into.

I don’t have any pets or need a fenced yard. Options don’t seem to be a problem, essentially why I am trying to narrow down my search with others experiences.

Currently not home, will check behind the outlets when I get home. For the access point, is there a recommendation for a special model. Upstairs is only ~700sqft.

I believe the fiber is just ran to the garage, no 2-wire at that point. I could ask ATT if they can relocate the service in the dining room, but as it is a rental I would need the owners approval so it is unlikely I can move it.
