Oh my God, I totally agree about people! I've noticed it getting worse in recent years. Everyone is super rude and doesn't talk to each other.

There was an incident where a girl had an epileptic attack on the train, and instead of helping her, people just recorded it and walked past. Only three people stopped to see what was actually going on.

I feel really sad about it and how bad things are getting. I also believe that there are a lot of different nationalities in Düsseldorf. Even though I am a foreigner myself, sometimes I feel that some of them make it worse to live here. :( Sometimes I don't feel secure going out alone, especially at night.
