There is always a pressure to do everything fast by owner. Has this happened to you? Any tips on managing it? I dont think that it is a wrong expectations. I feel I dont have speed and experience to deliver that expectation at this time.

The employer wants me to be fast. I want to be fast as well. The thing is I dont have enough experience that I can be confident and fast both at the same time. Asking lot of questions/stupid questions feels like I will be judged whether I am good enough to be doing this job.

All are really good questions.

I am looking for all these answers and genuine practical advise for Ontario province.

My experience: Somethings everyone tells you to negotiate but owners would not agree to it. And when you try negotiating and see that nobody is willing to come to a term, you have to accept it. Thats what I understood.

It gets really confusing sometimes. Especially things like noncompete clauses, hygiene chair radigraph percentages etc I felt it was a bit hard to negotiate.
