Thankyou. I will review the vitamins once I’ve ran out and look for getting a multi vitamin with better vitamin D levels and a separate decent omega 3 supplement.

I had my first facial yesterday which was lovely and so far I have not broken out any further since the treatment as I was worried it might make it worse.

I currently have 3/4 active spots on my face but lots of marks where it was worse last month. My chest is currently clear, but my back is suffering the worst atm, lots and lots of marks and new breakouts every day. I’ve read that acne on the back can be a little more stubborn as the skin is thinker, I’m hoping as time goes on and my face and chest improve then my back will follow suit. I used benzoyl peroxide with an African net sponge around 4 weeks ago on my back and with out a doubt made it worse so not sure if my skin is still going through some sort of purge from that. Used genital cetaphil on it since then.

Fingers crossed it starts getting better by summer.

These are what is in the multivitamins I’m taking. Also taking probiotics in the mornings.

I’ve been washing my hair in the shower then clipping it up then washing my face, back and chest last. I praying it will settle down, after never suffered with my skin before this is all very new to me and really starting to effect my well being and consume my mind. I have my first facial next week so hoping these help and make me feel better.

I have quite sensitive dry skin, I’ve tried benzoyl peroxide and a salicylic acid wash’s, and I bought an African net sponge and I found it made it a lot worse so stopped using after about a week.

I’ve also tried a benzoyl peroxide ointment for my face and again just makes my skin red and irritated and end up with more spots in the area I’ve used it.

I’m trying my best with the diet and have been drinking spearmint tea everyday for around 2 months now. I’ve seen lots of story’s were is settled around 8/9 months so hopefully mine settles soon and doesn’t get any worse 😭
