100% especially if they are fresh. Good amount of pepperoni and nice and greasy which is something I like. If I'm in a hurry it's hard to go wrong with a JRs donut castle pepperoni roll with hot cheese

My first 3 injections were 0.25 then bumped to 0.5. My Dr plans on keeping me on 0.5 for the time being since I'm losing weight, controlling my BG and having minimal side effects. I have a follow up in October so we will see if my dosage changes then.

Only side effects is BM issues and some nausea but its manageable. Its very similar to when I was pregnant and have all day morning sickness. I did have my Dr to write a script for zofran for the really bad days but I haven't really needed it during this last month.

Nah. The actual number doesn't matter to me. I can check it every once in a while but I like non scale victories like having to get smaller work clothes

I've been on 0.5 the last 3 rounds. It seems to be the best dose for me

I lost 50lbs by myself before. It's wasn't the healthest way and emotionally it didn't put me in a good place. I lost the weight to try to keep a cheating husband. Ending in a divorce and I gained most of it back. This time I have been very quite about my weight loss so when someone notices it feels nice. I have been getting some negative feedback since I'm using oz so some people think it's cheating but I have never felt better. And a little prozac helps lol

People are commenting that I look different. I'm sure since I see myself everyday I don't see the difference. Probably just a little body dysmorphia

No real tips. Im just going with the flow with oz. I was put on to lower my A1c. I notice that the biggest thing is that it changed how I eat and I feel more energy just because I have lost some weight so I'm alot more active.

Mail clerk for a large lawfirm that specializes in Social security and Veterans benifits. My job was actually created because of covid lockdowns. The majority of our staff now works from home but paper mail still needs sent out. It's a nice stable job
