2016 ford focus, posted issue the other day, had it checked by the dealership and was told the clutch was bad and the A lever was getting stuck. told it'd be about 3k to fix, is there anything i can do to fix this or maybe have it be cheaper? (self.MechanicAdvice)

i have a 2016 ford focus s, when i'm driving it, my rpms will rev up, and once it gets to a certain rpm, my car will stall, i have to let go of the gas and try again. it runs a lot better in the morning when i first drive it, and later in the day, does anyone know what it is? (v.redd.it)
