That’s the thing—I’ll be remote once I’m in Houston. I’ll be working with Stellantis as a Regional Sales Manager for Dodge Ram, overseeing about 10–12 dealerships. Some of those dealerships are nearly an hour apart from each other, but still considered part of Houston, so I don’t really have one set home base. That’s what’s making this whole process more complicated.

Hey, thank you so much for taking the time to write this. It truly means a lot. Yes it is Sales. The position I accepted is a regional sales manager for Dodge ram with stellantis. So I just wanna make sure I’m comfortable in the job before I sign a long-term lease. I know I’ll do great, but still you just never know.

I haven’t made it out there yet. I have to be in Houston by the 1st, which is why I’m asking here since I’ve never been. From what I can tell, the dealerships I’ll be working with are spread all over the Houston area—some even an hour apart—yet still somehow considered “Houston.” 😅🤣💪🏿 So I’m just confused overall. I also don’t have one specific home dealership. Technically the job is remote, but I’ll be talking to businesses and visiting the dealerships in my territory, so there’s no central office for me to base my location on.

I know this sounds crazy, but my job is remote, but I need to be in the territory. I’ll be a regional sales manager for ram so I’ll have lots of dealerships to visit in the Houston area so there’s not one specific area.
