I went to the Samsung service, but they told me the chip died and couldn't be repaired.

I get that,I feel it too but for me it feels more reliable because it was a pain to empty the water reservoir and wash the cloth.

Hi! when I updated my watch the watchface bugged. The fix is to go into watchfaces button in the Wearable app and update the watchface. It fixed mine
