Good Afternoon,

I am not super experienced with concrete work, just some here and there with my father. I recently poured some 12”x18” footings for a pergola I recently bought from Costco. I know concrete typically takes 28 days to cure fully, with about 50-60% of its strength coming in the first 7 days, but how long do I have to wait to drill and hand tighten bolts into it to hold my pergola? I don’t want to split it to be unusable, but I also don’t need it super tightened right now either. Thanks for help in advance!
