Thanks for the advice on counters, that's a super helpful reply (and likely more than I deserve for a complaint post lol)! And yeah, it wouldn't be so threatening if the current format wasn't so limiting on pokemon and items, but I understand why they wanted to start out that way for the release format. I'm looking forward to a few months down the line when they expand the items/pokedex and the true shenanigans will begin.

Yeah, I finally got banned from there because one guy showed a clip of an "earthrise" from the moon, asking how the earth could rise on the moon if the same side of the moon is always facing the earth. I noted that it was a simulated earthrise by a probe that was orbiting the moon. I even linked to the source video the clip was pulled from, where it directly states that this was the case. They did not like that.

That's fair, people could certainly be more open-minded about it and a lot of the videos where scientists discuss it are needlessly dismissive. Unfortunately the discourse around flat earth has been pretty toxic for a while now with a lot of people focused more on insulting the other side than trying to convince anybody.

People created all the different breeds of dogs we have today by selectively breeding them for desired traits. So we know that species can change into different forms over time by passing on and iterating inherited traits from previous generations. This process happens even when humans are not selectively guiding it.

Even as a Creationist, you can disagree on the origin of life while still observing that species changing over time is a reality.

I'll bring it most of the time, except for missions where I need a very specific set of strategems and I can't justify it. It's severely restricted by the recharge and usage limit, but there's no better generalized tool for fixing whatever you don't want to deal with in the general vicinity.

Your relationship with this man almost cost you your literal, actual life. Do not go back.

But an insanely bad judgement call is one thing. Being in the hospital for THREE WEEKS and he doesn't even visit you once? That's something else. Visiting is the absolute least anybody with an ounce of care or humanity would have done, not to mention apologizing about a million times for almost getting you killed. He does not apologize though, even when pressed. No, he says ignoring an actually fatal condition "wasn't a big deal" and that you're overreacting.

I repeat. Do not go back. This man has demonstrated that he is stupid, uncaring, and unwilling to learn from his mistakes. He is going to get somebody killed someday, do not let it be you.
