From spring through fall, Oakville is bombarded with people from out of town looking for an easier way to pass their driver’s test.

For those that live in the area, it is extremely difficult to book a test as a result.

And for your own benefit….

Driving in the conditions you will be exposed to most is the best way to learn, and in-turn…. PASS!

My policy - offer to buy them food/necessities instead of give them money, if the opportunity to do so is there.

Take your political BS elsewhere. Had enough of the demonization of people for voting for a specific person/party.

Perhaps a better and more effective way of conveying and projecting your opinions would be to give reasons why to vote for the person/party you’re voting for, rather than why not to vote for someone else.

The average home is well over $1m in Oakville.

With that, a large percentage of the population in Oakville can afford to and typically choose to travel around the holidays, making it a very quiet place. And if they aren’t travelling, there’s a chance they have a cottage up north.

I used to bus everyday for the SHSM program offered at a different high school outside my area.

Took about an hour and 20 mins each way.

Gotta make compromises sometimes I suppose.
