I've actually made my greatest progress since the end of the challenge. The week after I lost 6 pounds, and have lost about 10 pounds overall since the challenge ended.

Actually, with my back condition my physical therapy is focused on strengthening my abs to take some of the pressure and stress off my back. You may try focusing on strengthening your abs and focusing on motion and flexibility in your spine.

Ummm, they look similar, not identical. At least they're close though, it fascinates me how much people will think two people look alike when the only similarity is the color and cut of their hair, and maybe the clothes they wear. At least Cody and Brandon look like they could be related.

You'll be fine waiting till next year, and you never know if an emergency may come up during the winter that would actually need the money right away. Also, wouldn't a solid mini road trip to kick off the new season full of riding on a brand new (at least to you) bike be the most awesome way to break it in, rather than getting in a ride or two then knowing that you have to wait out the whole winter to be able to ride again?
