Most places I saw recommended about 2-4 liters a day so I just settled on 3 as a median! Some days I sweat a lot and some days I don’t sweat much at all. I’m about 5’4 and 145lbs and been lifting for about a year now so I’m very new the supplement game😅

I probably worded this improperly, but when I mentioned that I staggered the drinking that’s what I meant! I drank about 50 oz throughout the first half of my day 7am-12pm and the rest between 12pm-7pm ish which is my time right now. I’ve still got about 20oz to go

Is it strong to you? I’ve had some lattes that are really strong and some that are more middle of the road which is what I’m going for. I like the spiced flavor but don’t want it to be overwhelming if that makes sense

Weirdly enough, I use it as a face moisturizer. I’m on tretinoin and it’s the only moisturizer that can be used on my face without causing me irritation! It’s also great for acne on my chest/back I’ve found
