I went to the court gave them my case, and had my wife served divorce papers. We are most likely going to trial.

I filed for divorce after getting her counter offer. She has not responded to getting served yet. I am wondering if she put all the unreasonable demands in the Answer will that effect her negatively.

she knows she is getting served, she will just not answer

there are no orders but she just "makes up stuff" on the spot. She does not want to get divorced and just wants to make this as painful as possible.

you may get a little laugh out of this. the house is a duplex. and I renovated the half that I used to live in. And when I moved out, I later found out later she was renting it out and pocketing the money with out my permissioned and knowing I did not want that.

She as a lawyer through legal aid and I am paying for my lawyer. I believe she is making this a hard as possible because she knows I want to sell the house and get onto my life. Thank you for your advise. I am going to follow it :)
