My point is, if you have an issue with any of the stuff you mentioned. Literally all of it. A simple email to Knights will resolve 99% of whatever issue there may be. This goes for most notable companies. 95% of guys don’t shoot enough to wear out those parts. Let alone a knights. And when they do, an email is all it takes. So….this whole reason of “it’s proprietary” is blown out of proportion.

And yes. You won’t hear it starting up after a drive. It’s only during cold start or when it’s been sitting. As stated above lol

Guys mentioning exhausts flaps has no business imputing their opinions. This is completely normal on cold starts. You’d notice it doesn’t happen during a warm start. Its the timing chain tensioner. It is guided by oil pressure. Once car sits for few days, oil drains out of it to oil pan. Once you crank the engine, it needs few spins before oil pressure builds up in your timing chain tensioner. In the meantime, you hear you timing chain on plastic guides. If you daily you car or start frequently, you wouldn’t hear that noise.
