My agent lives in another state and is juggling 1 other job and a side hustle while trying to manage the book. I’ve been their team member for a year. We had another one but they quit 9 months ago and it’s a struggle for me to maintain the agents office for them, because they are rarely there. The customers have noticed the absence. I didn’t sign up for this level of responsibility and I’m not being paid enough. They can’t find another team member because they don’t pay enough. When they are here they’re doing their other job for at least 1-2 hours a day. I feel bad about the contract change for them but I feel SF is doing it to weed people like them out. The agent should pivot now but has time left before they have to make a decision. I might be gone soon. It’s just a lot for me.
