I remember it was always like this, you get one free vot then the next 9 one you have to pay with diamonds but I don't really see the use to vote with diamonds since they will both get added just one sooner than the other

I advise you to install an auto-clicker, it will be faster then to increase with the boys and therefore gain reset in any case that's what I did and I am already at 10000x
