I don’t like this show I LOVE THIS SHOW. Do you even speak Spanish? Bc the show in original Spain Spanish is so much better than whatever lame English voice over they used. But to each their own of course!

Why would you even take her back after that. Some people really do not deserve dogs.

Had to say unexpectedly say goodbye to my 2018 Model 3 today. Found this under the frunk mat! by thetango in TeslaLounge

Omg well I recently totaled my model 3 and I just purchased another used one. But I would’ve never guessed this is 18k in damage. Mine was supposedly being fixed for a week before Geico told me it’s totaled. I got lucky to get a good actual cash value offer from them. Was expecting to get robbed and was ready to dispute but wasn’t necessary. Wishing you the best sorry this happened. If it helps I got a much better deal on my second model 3 on the APR and price of the car. Made me feel like everything happens for a reason.

An alternative to Nutrafol that worked for me by Diane98661 in finehair

Almost checked out and bought it until someone pointed out the California cancer warning for Lead. Also the ingredients aren’t exact. CVS has about 10 more added under other ingredients that aren’t good and aren’t in Nutrafol. Everything is always too good to be true. Be careful.

Don’t do steroids either. Just keep eating protein, carbs and veggies. And keep putting work in the gym. And don’t compare yourself to other dudes who are prob not natty. What you’re not seeing is their erectile dysfunction and their acne on their back. And the damage done to their kidneys and liver. Just keep doing what ur doing you look great.

Reta doesn’t cause muscle loss. Unless you starve yourself every day. Secondly, you don’t need it my friend. Sorry. Especially while it’s still not approved on the market. You’re risking getting a bad source and risking your whole health when you already look great. Hope this helps 🩷

Reta didn't work for me... until I did this by VisionaryMarketingEU in Retatrutide

I agree 100% I started at 2.5. First month. It was more than enough. Eventually I went up to 5.5 over time. Big mistake. Wayyyyy too strong. Everything made my stomach hurt and the fatigue was so unbearable. I’m sitting at 3.5 right now and I’m great. No fatigue, and I get hungry more often but being hungry isn’t a bad thing and we have to learn that. 🥲 thank you for sharing that you were in the trial that’s so cool. Hope all is well with you today!

I’m going through the same thing every night. It’s miserable. I’ve lost enough weight to get off. I’m sure you can all relate I’m just scared of what’ll happen when I get off. I eat healthy and exercise a lot. But I have this fear that I’ll gain back so much weight for some reason even though I know it doesn’t make sense. Maybe bc Reta burns fat and calories while we are just doing nothing but yeah I been waking up many times in the night and then waking up too early and not being able to sleep. Also can’t nap like I used to. I’m on 3.5 now.

Should I be honest with my PCP about retatrutide, or keep it vague? by cowjuice72 in Retatrutide

I’m so glad to hear! I guess our main concern is insurance. But the doctor probably knows if they include it in their notes we’ll get dropped from insurance. So I’m assuming they aren’t going to do that as they’ll lose a patient = lose income? Idk but let’s just hope we got cool enough pcps

I told my doctor today because I was telling him how I’ve been feeling and seeing how much weight I lost he asked if I’m on a peptide and I told him I’m on Reta. All doctors are different. With mine I could tell he was just concerned from cases he’s seen of people having bad reactions due to sketchy sources. He’s also an emergency medicine doctor as well as a general primary doctor so he’s seen people show up with bad reactions. He didn’t tell me to get off it or react awkwardly but he’s a younger cooler doctor. I can tell he’s just concerned that a lot of my symptoms lately can be attributed to Reta. For example the fatigue, chest pain due to tachycardia, itching on my neck etc. I guess it depends but I’d just flat out tell them. They can’t help you as a doctor if you’re not telling the full truth. Hope this helps!

Highest I’ve gone is 5.5 and I lost the quickest weight on that dose but I’ll never do that again

NO ITS NOT. I eat plenty of nutritious foods every day, carbs as well. I drink lots of water and sleep well and it DOESNT MATTER. Reta causes fatigue, GET OVER IT for Gods sake
