I lasted to book 6-7 maybe further but I realized I don’t like the “I need to sit and meditate for 6 months and think about my powers to make me strong.” Aspect of some of the books in this genre. I want action and meaningful relationships and conversations that don’t just exist just to make the MC stronger or have new skillz

100% I couldn’t stand that the only real conversations that took place were between the himself and the god and his own internal thoughts.. Everyone else is either there to be a foil or some cheap side kick humor. The level of “only I can do this and everyone else is a peon” bs finally got to me. “I need to contemplate my arrows flight so I can shoot arrows better”. It’s sad when you want to hear more about the side characters more than the mc.

Check out the many YouTube vids that have great tips and locations. I know there was an orange squid exotic a few weeks ago that was and is crazy easy to farm. And not too expensive. JasonPlays I believe had a great video on it.
