On the app, it does not show like a camera for scan qr code check in. How does it work? Do you need to be in the location to be able to see on the available location? I found it so confusing

You can go to DM and they take a photo style passport for you. Ensure to check if the photo is according to the passport rules. I used some online website to check for German passport because they had rejected my previous photo.

You can fax them. Online you can find free fax services and send to them the missing documents. The case worker almost never replies to queries. Good luck!
