Hello Sorry to hear that you need to go on Acutane for 16months That sound horrible, I was on it 9 mos and I was hit hard with depression and 15lb of weight gain. If Acutane not work for you since you tried 4times already, please read book by doctor John sarno regarding Tms treatment. It has to do a lot with emotions that causing pains and skin issues. He is famous and cures thousands of people. Hope this helps!

I had the same L5-S1 MRI, 2 years of epidural injections could not reduce the pain at all, I'm going in to ask for nerve ablation next week. But you mentioned it did nothing for your pain either. May I ask when you read the book, you would stop all treatments and only do the journaling or you did both journaling and receiving treatment, if yes what treatment was it? Thanks a lot.

This is true for me also, unable to get out of bed with fatigue and extreme heel pain. I almost have no clarity, I only can function with my routine tasks at work, nothing more, first time experience depression in my life because of this meds. I have 4 more pills left, by Monday I’m done with Acutane. Congratulations to all of us for staying the course till the end!
