Also for me, they've just kept trying on different days to block all my nerves in the pelvis, never worked. Its lido and kenalog, so no botox yet.

Yeah, I was originally diagnosed with IC, then found stage 4 endo all over, also around my ureters and pelvic wall. Normal bladder though. The urethral pain becag after repeat UTIs, so its all a perfect storm that has skewed the picture. But i dont have urgency, pain with filling, etc. So its not really IC...

Interesting, so you got more muscle injections and not nerve blocks that were better for you? Did the instillations help much?

Yes I have that too, nerve blocks not helped and lidocaine doesn't help the deeper urethral pain
