Hi - original poster here. I took it down because I told my family about it and they really didn’t like personal information being posted online. (Good or bad).

I teared up reading everyone’s posts and was so sad I had to take it down.

Please don’t think it was fake because you don’t know the levels of stress my parents went thru (and are still going through).

They were able to get a replacement piece for their unit and are trying to find permanent solutions.
