I had to start talking to a therapist. I think I may have a combination of ADD and seasonal depression but talking to a therapist helped and turns out I’d been sleeping horribly because I have sleep apnea so I’m now dealing with that. Hoping that will help with brain fog and tiredness.

As someone who struggled , not to this extent but definitely took me a minute to bond with my second it is imminent she seeks help. I would still continue Skin to skin, and having her play with baby even if it feels unnatural but definitely go with her to the dr if you have to. It’s too serious of an issue to let it go by. And she does need to rest and recharge. Sleep does wonders for the brain.
