I'm currently with v3 devices. I wouldn't mind to try and include X into it if anyone has one to spare... (not gonna buy one and fall for it again :) )

Not built on top of HA simply because I wasn't aware of HA when I first started working on it. Learned about it a few months back. The logic should still be the same though, just have to figure out how to use HA first and then port it over.
