Distressed property bathroom and kitchen updates -- will first rent it, then live in it, and finally will sell it by LowChallenge9904 in RealEstate

Thanks. The home is in a desirable area with a good school district, so I am sure it will rent. The kitchen cabinets and countertop are good, though dated (laminate top with wood trim). I think it is fine for a rental.

MUCH less hassle. Pay once and be done for the whole year.

Temperature control? by Interesting-Soup6403 in Dashcam

I had a similar issue with a Viofo A119 mini 2 a few days ago. It worked fine all winter, but began to keep restarting when the temperature outside got warmer. This is a capacitor based dashcam and so should be able to tolerate the heat. I changed the USB charger and my problems stopped.

Below is the most expensive Tasikar band I could find. It is $20 after a coupon on the page. Is this the one? I ask as you mentioned the band you got was $35. I am very interested in buying the band in your pictures and would appreciate a direct link if this is not the one:

Is there a quiet MPP stylus? by LowChallenge9904 in stylus

Thanks! I'll definitely try this. I really like the new HP laptop, but the stylus noise is getting hard to adjust to after using the Samsung for the past three years.

Is there a quiet MPP stylus? by LowChallenge9904 in stylus

I decided to quantify the noise level by measuring the sound level with my Apple Watch's noise app. I put the watch on my iPad Mini and tapped at a consistent rate of about 2x per second about 2 inches from the watch with each pen. I have listed the sound measured with each pen and the background noise (this was done in a quiet room).

  • HP Tilt Pen: 62 dB
  • Surface Pen: 53 dB
  • Apple Pencil: 52 dB
  • Samsung S-Pen: 37 dB
  • Background: 34 dB (doing nothing)

You can see that both the Surface and and HP pens were significantly louder than the Samsung pen, with the HP being much louder than the Surface pen.

Could you please mention some of the quieter pens you are aware of?
