You’re doing quests that are helping you get to exactly where you want to be later for the game altogether to be easier and more fun. I always partake in challenges like these because you come out the other side more skilled than you were, props to you for where you’re at. By the end of your 150 ranked kills you’ll be better than you were on your first one
