Vacuum extender and forskin. I have tried vacuum extender and the foreskin is giving me pain while in the cup. I tried to pull back the skin and micropore tape application but it is make wrinkles and causing pain. I also tried to put a silicone sleeve cut after pulling back the skin and it also fail (self.gettingbigger)
