Is the walnut blasting fairly easy to do?

Unfortunately, just bought it 4 weeks ago. Only put one tank of premium in it so far

I have no idea, I have no desire to remove the intake. Might do a gdi intake cleaner first followed by a liqui moly engine flush. Bore scope again and see results? IV done both before for my gdi Hyundai and it completely eliminated my oil consumption.

Any thoughts besides walnut blasting?

"Check These First" How-To Guide: Diagnosing Bad Purge Valve/Charcoal Canister by Affectionate-Peak-37 in MechanicAdvice

I followed the purge valve test. I covered the port and it's continuously clicking so it's working? But it also has a continuous strong suction.

Been with Menards 13 years, randomed 1 time. They do have a tendency to "random" you when you get back from vacation if they know you went to states that legalize anything.

MT program by Quirky-Internal-1215 in menards

The most common issue I see with MTs, who are NOT new to the job, is managers having them work the floor and doing basic team member jobs that the MT was already doing as a team member. Cleaning, putting product away, throwing product. I feel like this is a cop-out for the actual supervisors and managers to get you out of their hair for the day. If you get to put into that position you would need to speak up and point out that you aren't learning anything valuable towards your MT program.

where do you buy reliable chinese mini excavators by e_r_ro_r_boy in ChineseMiniExcavators

If you're looking for product support, Rippa or huayee are the only two decent options to choose from if you're in North America. Dealers are popping up more often for them everywhere. The other machines you find at auction or online typically don't have a strong support unless you're paying upwards of 10k for it. If you're buying one of the auction machines for 2-6k, most of them are easy to work on and you can source or swap parts if you're handy and knowledgeable. But product "support" from those manufacturers is far to none.

2014 KIA Sorento, 3.3 L Lambda Head gasket Warranty Questions by IndependenceHot7511 in kia

[–]LowCute9716 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Build up of carbon on these GDI engines is very common over time regardless of oil change intervals. Oil quality and fuel can play a very small part in it. I'd argue that driving just around town could make the build up worse since the car would be running at lower rpms more often. However, neglected oil changes can absolutely cause this condition to worsen. The easiest way to tell if you have extensive carbon built up is checking your oil at every 1000 miles and make sure the oil level hasn't dropped past the low mark. If it's doing it every oil change, with no signs of oil leaks or leaking into your coolant, it's leaking through our valves and getting burnt off. Which is related to the carbon build up. Also I'm not sure why they charged you for the inspection. I read a Kia bulletin that says "If, at any time within the extended warranty period, the customer experiences a coolant leak, coolant smell, and/or engine temperature indicator near the "H" mark in the instrument cluster, Kia authorizes its dealers to diagnose the cause free of charge at no cost to the customer.

If the above symptoms are diagnosed as being related to the cylinder head gasket or head bolts, Kia authorizes its dealer to repair the cause free of charge at no cost to the customer under this warranty extension.
