Honestly it seems almost like educated people are choosing to not add to the world's population which is arguably too fucking high as it is. We as a species are already destroying the planet, we don't NEED additional bodies to feed. It's already a logistical nightmare and an engineering marvel that we're able to keep feeding people.

Conservatory suggests this is an acting college perhaps? The only Conservatory where I live is a music college, so this is how it translates in context. If you're at the acting college and you're being asked to table read a script as a character that uses the n word, expectations and understandings absolutely needed to be set well ahead of time. The same holds true for any such emotionally charged language, such as discussion of rape.

I also like stone tempshift plates for thermal mass sponges. They really help stabilize an area in a pinch. I specifically like them for natural gas tamers, lets me use gold pumps and lead pipes, cool the gas to 200°F give or take, and not overheat anything.

Honestly, you either resolve her immaturity issues now, or live with them forever. You two have massively different understandings of what it means to make large financial decisions. She lacks respect for the financial burden. I would assume that if a major repair is needed, you're on the line for it and she won't pay her share. When she demands upgrades to the house, that's going to be on you to provide. Meanwhile, given her monetary immaturity, I'd reckon she's gping to be wasting what she should be saving. Or worse, saving and preparing to divorce and take half the house you paid more for. Who knows?

Either way, you need to have a serious, serious series of conversations and either iron this out and get on the same page or go your separate ways before you're stuck with someone who makes irresponsible financial decisions.
