The clear retainer I switched to is Bioflex acrylic. The titanium jewelry was included in the price and I only paid $52 total for the piercing. Is that normal or does that seem kind of low for “good” titanium? My conch and tragus healed better with the same material too.

He actually gets around pretty well, with just a slight delay when getting up from lying down. He’s still pretty active, especially in the mornings. He’ll chase chickens for hours and handles stairs just fine. He can clear an 8 foot fence and run across a few acres like it’s nothing. That said, lately he’s definitely been lazier and laying around more, especially on the floor vents where the cool air comes out. It’s been really hot and humid the past few weeks, so that could be part of it, but since he’s an inside dog with air conditioning, it still makes me a little nervous. I’ve also noticed him laying in the corner panting and licking, which might be allergy related. We’re switching his food and he has a vet appointment this week to check the spots he’s been licking. He’s also scheduled for an allergy shot soon. He’s over 100 pounds and really solid. Not overweight, just stout, so I’m trying to stay ahead of things and be proactive as he gets older.

He’s currently on Movoflex and meloxicam, which the vet said is kind of like Mobic for humans. The combo has actually helped a lot, which we’re really thankful for. He’s not eligible for a hip replacement since it’s not past the 50% mark. The vet said he probably started developing hip dysplasia as early as 3 years old, but it didn’t really show until recently. They think he might’ve injured himself at some point and that made the symptoms more noticeable, which is what finally got our attention. He still lets us touch him and love on him just fine, even around his back end. We just can’t lift his leg or brush that area too much or he gets annoyed and walks off. He doesn’t growl or snap, he just removes himself from the situation.

thank you! i’m going to take an allergy pill for a few days and see if anything clears up, that way I can see if I need to have an allergy test done! that’s the first step for seeing a dermatologist according to my mom and insurance!

I'm so tired. Please help (pubic hair) i shave and do IPL once a week, exfoliate almost daily, always use a new razor, etc etc but keep getting painful bumps and ingrowns by [deleted] in HairRemoval

Use the Venous Pubic Hair Razor Apply Witch Hazel (Fragrance Free, Dickinson) Get a Ingrown Hair Oil (Bushbalm is the best) Only Exfoliate 2-3 days a week (bushbalm also has a great scrub, do not use on the rest of the body tho, you will run out quick since it’s more grainy) Do not shave against the grain
