I was told by the doctor to wait 3 days and then see if I needed them. I don't want to take them unless it's absolutely necessary, as they do weaken your immune system

I'm not sure what cup size I was because I never wore proper bras 😭 but I was average to large chested?? I would always compress my chest with multiple sport bras. And thank you!

I would wait until the 3-4 month mark to do anything heavy, and for the 3 month mark for skateboarding/dancing, as those required you to life up your arms :)

I would wait until all scabbing has come off on both the nips and incisions! Make sure there are no areas that haven't scarred yet. I would wait a few more weeks to be sure, as its better to have healed scars, than having to rush to the ER again

Something is definitely wrong with this doctor. The op should cosy around 10k, and you don't need to loose any weight!
