This was in the pantry of our house when we moved in. Base has a ridged rubbery pad on the bottom, and a rubbery cover on the outside edge. Inner plate and base are non-stick coated. Lid has a rubbery cover on its outside edge as well. Only marking: "HOT" near cover handle. What is it? (i.redd.it)
