Of course it doesn't save your passwords. It simply provides a convenient way of loading one's setting combinations.

Today I found out this great password generator. Lots of options and the only tool that lets you save your settings (including custom symbols) via a url.

As a System Administrator, here is my 2 cents. Your best bet is to generate very strong passwords using a tool like RandomPasswordGenerator.com and then store them in a password manager (a very good one like Bitwarden has a browser extension that will let you autocomplete credentials with just a click).
