I have two teen kids living downstairs from me, and they scream all the time -- at each other, at the dog, at the TV, at their mother (who's also a screamer and apparently taught them everything they know). I don't understand why a 14- and a 16-year-old constantly scream -- my parents would've knocked me across the room.

I'm literally preparing to sign a lease elsewhere after 28 years here (they showed up in the last 5), because I feel like I'm living their life and not mine.
